Company Profile
Anpack is the brand of Zhejiang Chuanghang Packaging Materials Co., Ltd. The company specializes in Cord Strap and matching buckles for industrial packaging and cargo securing.
Founded in 2009, Anpack started with steel wire strapping buckles and established the Anpack brand in 2011. Production moved to Zhejiang in 2017, followed by an upgrade of the manufacturing environment and production lines.
Anpack also operates a branch office in Guangdong and holds independent import and export rights.
Our Product Range
Cord Strap is Anpack's core product and is divided into three main series.
Heavy Duty Cord Strap includes Heavy Load, High Tensile, Industrial Grade, Extra Heavy Duty, High Strength and Standard options.
Polyester Cord Strap includes Tear Resistant, Abrasion Resistant, Lightweight, Flexible, Extra Strong and High Tensile options.
Composite Cord Strap includes Professional, High Performance, Polyester Composite, Heavy Duty, High Strength and Standard options.
Matching products include Heavy-Duty Wire Buckles and Cord Strap Special Buckles.
Manufacturing in Zhejiang
Anpack has been manufacturing in Zhejiang since 2017, with an upgraded manufacturing environment and automated production lines for Cord Strap and matching buckles.
Dedicated equipment is used for Cord Strap production and wire buckle forming, covering material processing, strap production, finishing, winding and buckle forming.
Cord Strap production includes incoming material inspection, strap processing, finishing and winding. Wire buckles go through wire processing, forming and finishing. Each product follows its specified production process.
Key product characteristics are checked during production and before packing, including strap dimensions, tensile strength, finished roll condition, buckle dimensions and forming. Finished products are inspected against the confirmed specifications before shipment.
OEM and Customized Orders
Anpack handles OEM and customized orders covering product type, dimensions, strength requirements, matching buckle specifications, packaging, package quantity, labeling and product identification.
Before production, these details are discussed and confirmed with the customer. The confirmed information is then used for manufacturing, inspection and packing.
For customers selling products under their own brand, packaging and labeling can be included in the same order. This can cover customer-specified product information, package markings and other agreed identification details.
For repeat orders, previous product specifications, packaging details and labeling information are kept on record and checked again when a new order is placed.

Depending on the product and document requirements, Anpack's available certification and testing documentation may include ISO9001, SGS, TUV, DNV, AAR and MSDS.
Handling International Orders
Anpack handles overseas orders from quotation and product confirmation through production, inspection, packing, export documentation and shipment coordination.
Before production begins, Anpack confirms key order information, including product type, dimensions, strength, matching buckle specifications, packaging, labeling and required documents.
After production, finished products are inspected and packed before shipment. Product information, packing details and export documents are checked as part of the shipment process.
