Logistics & Transportation
Anpack supplies Cord Strap and matching buckles for cargo prepared for storage, handling and transportation. Applications include palletized goods, bundled products, industrial components and other packaged cargo that needs to remain secured during loading and shipment.
Logistics & Transportation Applications
Cargo is prepared in different package forms before it enters a warehouse, loading area or transportation network.
Palletized Cargo
Products arranged on pallets are secured with Cord Strap before storage, loading and transportation. The strap is applied around the package and secured with matching buckles.
Bundled Products
Long products and grouped goods are prepared as bundles before loading. Cord Strap is placed around the bundle and secured with a matching buckle.
Industrial Packages
Industrial components and packaged products are grouped into transport packages before shipment. Cord Strap forms part of the package securing system and keeps the prepared cargo together during handling.
Warehouse & Loading Areas
Cargo prepared for temporary storage or loading is secured before it moves between warehouse areas, vehicles and other handling points. Cord Strap is applied before the package enters the next stage of transportation.
Cord Strap Application in Transportation Packaging
The strap is applied around the package and secured with a matching buckle. For palletized cargo, Cord Strap is incorporated into the overall packaging structure. For bundled products, the strap follows the bundle configuration.
The completed package can then move through warehouse handling, loading and transportation.
Recommended Products
Palletized goods and routine transport packages can use a lighter strapping option, helping reduce the weight of packaging material across high-volume operations.
Irregularly shaped cargo and packages with changing surfaces require a strap that follows the package configuration more easily during securing.
Transport packages requiring higher tensile strength can use a stronger polyester option while retaining the handling characteristics of polyester Cord Strap.
Palletized and bundled cargo requiring stronger package retention can use a composite strap option for transportation packaging.
Logistics operations handling different Cord Strap package formats can use a common matching buckle specification across multiple general cargo orders.
Information for Quotation
For quotation, customers can provide the cargo type, package dimensions, packaging structure, bundling arrangement, required strap strength, strap dimensions, buckle requirements, packaging details and estimated order quantity.
Photos of the packaged cargo, pallet configuration or current packaging method can also be provided.
Product Confirmation
Anpack confirms the product type, dimensions, strength requirements, buckle specifications and packaging details before production. The confirmed information is then used for production, inspection and packing.
